Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SportzGenesis Arena (the Service), provided by NeuralChain Hub FZC LLC (operating from Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, license 262358332888) as service provider, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

SportzGenesis Arena is a free fan engagement platform where users predict the outcomes of football matches (Premier League, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup 2026) and cricket matches (Indian Premier League), earn points based on accuracy, and compete on leaderboards and in private leagues. The Service includes match chat and league chat features.

3. Eligibility and age requirement

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. We collect date of birth at signup to verify age. Accounts for users under 13 are refused.
• Users between 13 and 18 may use the Service for educational and entertainment purposes only.
• You must have a valid Google account to sign in.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account, including a truthful date of birth.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards is prohibited.

4. Account and authentication

We use Google OAuth for sign in. We do not store passwords. We store your Google profile data (name, email, profile picture, Google account ID) and your date of birth. By signing in you authorise us to access this data per the Privacy Policy.

5. User conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to make predictions
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate another person or organisation

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6. Gambling and betting prohibitions

You agree NOT to:

• Operate, organise, or participate in any betting pools, prediction markets, or wagering activities tied to your SGA predictions or the predictions of other users
• Use SGA data, predictions, leaderboards, or chat content to facilitate betting, wagering, or gambling activities elsewhere
• Solicit, advertise, link to, or promote gambling, betting, or wagering services through SGA chats, leagues, profile fields, or any other user generated content on the platform
• Treat SGA points, badges, or leaderboard rankings as having monetary value
• Attempt to trade, sell, or exchange SGA points, badges, accounts, or rankings for money, goods, services, or anything of value
• Use SGA data feeds, scraped or otherwise, to operate any third party gambling product

The Service is operated entirely outside the jurisdiction of the UAE Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) by design. Any user activity that crosses into gambling, betting, or wagering territory results in immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

7. User-generated content and chat

The Service provides match chat and league chat features where users can post comments, reactions, and replies. By posting content, you agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for all content you post in match chats and league chats
• Your comments are posted under your real name and profile picture as provided by Google sign-in
• Match chat comments are visible to all signed-in users of the Service
• League chat comments are visible only to members of that specific league
• You grant NeuralChain Hub FZC LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, and distribute your comments as part of the Service

We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion without notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these guidelines. We are not obligated to monitor all user content but may do so at our discretion.

8. Content moderation and reporting

While we strive to maintain a positive community, we cannot review every comment in real time. NeuralChain Hub FZC LLC is not responsible for content posted by users. If you encounter content that violates these terms, please contact us at contact@neuralchainhub.com with details of the offending content. We will review and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content and suspending the posting user's account.

9. Predictions and scoring

Football (Max 8 points per match):

• +3 points for exact half-time score
• +1 point for correct half-time result (win/draw/loss)
• +3 points for exact full-time score
• +1 point for correct full-time result
• +2 bonus points for both HT and FT exact (combo)
• Scoring is based on the 90-minute result only — extra time and penalties do not count

Cricket / IPL (Max 10 points per match):

• +1 point for correct toss winner
• +1 point for correct toss decision (bat/bowl)
• +3 points for 1st innings score within 10 runs, +1 within 20 runs
• +3 points for correct match winner
• +2 points for exact 2nd innings wickets, +1 within ±1 wicket
• Cricket predictions lock 30 minutes before the scheduled toss time

Predictions can be submitted or changed any time before the lock deadline. Once locked, predictions cannot be modified. Points are calculated automatically when results are entered. In case of disputes, the decision of the administrators is final.

10. Private leagues

• Users may create private leagues and invite others using an invite code
• League creators are responsible for the conduct within their leagues, including league chat content
• We reserve the right to remove leagues that violate these terms
• League rankings use the combined global scoring system (football + cricket)
• Bonus points (+1 each) are awarded to both the league creator and new joiners as a promotional incentive and may be discontinued at any time

11. Intellectual property

The SportzGenesis Arena name, logo, design, code, and content are owned by NeuralChain Hub FZC LLC. You receive a limited, non exclusive, non transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non commercial fan engagement purposes only.

Team names, league names, fixture data, and player names referenced on the Service are used for identification purposes only. SportzGenesis Arena is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League, UEFA, FIFA, BCCI, IPL, or any league or franchise mentioned. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

12. Premium features

Certain optional premium features may be offered for a subscription fee in the future. Premium subscriptions will be non-refundable once activated. We reserve the right to modify premium features and pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

13. Advertisements and affiliates

The Service may display advertisements and contain affiliate links to third-party services in the future. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Match data, schedules, and scores are for entertainment purposes and may contain inaccuracies. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the Service or by other users in chat.

15. Limitation of liability

NeuralChain Hub FZC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from user-generated content, interactions with other users, or reliance on information provided through the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing contact@neuralchainhub.com. Upon termination, your access ends immediately and your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy retention rules.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ajman. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Ajman.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or via a notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
