1. Who we are and your data controller

SportzGenesis Arena is operated by NeuralChain Hub FZC LLC, a company registered at Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, license number 262358332888. For the purposes of UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021) and equivalent privacy regulations, NeuralChain Hub FZC LLC is the data controller for all personal data collected through this service. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the free prediction platform at sportzgenesisarena.com.

2. Information we collect

When you sign in with Google we receive and store:

• Your name and email address
• Your Google profile picture
• A unique Google account identifier

When you use the service we also collect:

• Date of birth (collected once at signup for age verification)
• Your match predictions and scores
• Leagues you create or join
• Your points, badges, and leaderboard ranking
• Comments and messages you post in match chats and league chats
• Emoji reactions you leave on other users' comments
• Push notification subscription endpoint if you opt in
• Cookie consent preferences

3. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account
• To verify you meet the minimum age requirement
• To display your predictions, scores, and rankings
• To enable private leagues and social features
• To show your name and avatar on leaderboards, match chats, and league chats
• To moderate user generated content and enforce community standards
• To send you push notifications you have opted in to receive
• To improve the service and fix bugs

4. User generated content

When you post comments in match chats or league chats the following information is visible to other users:

• Your name and profile picture
• The content of your comment
• The time your comment was posted

Match chat comments are visible to all signed in users. League chat comments are visible only to members of that league. You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use the following cookie categories:

• Essential cookies (always on): authentication session, consent state, CSRF protection. Without these the platform cannot function.
• Analytics cookies (opt in): Google Analytics measures aggregate usage patterns to help us improve the platform. You choose whether to enable these via the cookie consent banner. You can change your choice at any time by clicking the consent link in the footer.

We do not use advertising cookies. We do not use tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion (see section 8) we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (for example, fraud prevention logs may be retained for up to 12 months).

7. Data transfers

Your data is stored on Neon PostgreSQL servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt). The platform is hosted on Vercel which may process data in regions including the United States. By using the service you consent to these international transfers, all of which are subject to standard contractual safeguards.

8. Your rights under PDPL and equivalent privacy laws

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access: request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Right to correction: request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: request deletion of your account and personal data
• Right to object to processing: object to specific uses of your data
• Right to data portability: receive your data in a portable format
• Right to withdraw consent: withdraw consent for any optional processing

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@neuralchainhub.com from the email address associated with your account. We respond within 30 days.

9. Children

This service is not intended for users under 13. We collect date of birth at signup and refuse accounts for anyone under 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at contact@neuralchainhub.com and we will delete the data immediately.

10. Security

We use industry standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted database connections, secure authentication via Google OAuth, and access controls on production systems. No system is perfectly secure. We will notify affected users without undue delay in case of a personal data breach as required by law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or via a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
